Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 per year

GBR Solutions Ltd are looking to speak with an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to start immediately in the Wakefield area, on a permanent basis. Situated close to junction 39 of the M1 motorway we are accessible for commuting from neighbouring cities or towns.

GBR Solutions is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business with the capability to manage and supply a complete delivery service in track renewals, track maintenance, projects, enhancements and minor works within the UK Railway and Construction sectors on a labour-basis only.

The role will entail

Identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for suitable job vacancies

Provide general administrative support

Responsibilities

Advertise current job vacancies on multiple platforms

*

Source and select suitable candidates

*

Qualify and shortlist candidates for various job vacancies

*

Liaise with other team members (across the companies network)

*

Assist with general enquiries

*

Carry out general administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have:

*

Recruitment Resourcer or Customer Service Experience

*

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills

*

Ability to cope under pressure and meet tight deadlines

*

Good organizational skills

*

Excellent IT Skills

*

Team Player

*

Self-Motivated

On offer is a Salary of between £26,000per year and 28 days holiday as well as bank holidays.
