Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 per year

This is an excellent opportunity for someone already experienced within a recruitment setting looking for a new opportunity.

The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates, matching them to defined job vacancies and supporting the recruitment team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and speak to suitable candidates via phone and email.
• Dealing with candidate enquiries.
• Arrange candidate interviews.
• Keep the website and adverts updated.
• Updating the candidate database.
• Formatting candidate CV’s.
• Always providing a professional service to both Candidates and Clients.

Candidate Specification:

• Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Essential: Previous experience in administration role and/or Recruitment Resourcer position.
• Enthusiastic, professional and positive attitude.
• Personable and enjoy meeting and talking to new people to build a
• A full UK Driving Licence is advantageous due to location and the opportunity for offsite events
