IT Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £27,600 – £42,000 per year

IT Recruitment Consultant (360 or 180) or Delivery Consultant. 

Knutsford, Cheshire 

Dual Desk. Basic to £35K + Excellent commission. 

This start-up Recruitment business is unlike most others – Why? Because it is headed by a very successful Recruitment entrepreneur who has grown and sold an IT Recruitment business for multi- millions. With the financial wealth he has accumulated, he could lead a very comfortable life but he has a passion for good Recruitment and wants to put his network and knowledge to good use, therefore he has decided to start again as a hands-on billing MD with specific core values ‘keeping recruitment relationship led and simple’. 

Over the course of the past year, the business has grown to 14 staff and an experienced Recruiter is required to join the team. 

 Warm Desk with plenty of existing business that could yield £3-5K pcm commission based on 2/3 placements pcm. 

This role is highly autonomous and will not have any KPI’s, in fact, the only metric they use is ‘what is on the salesboard’. You could develop your own business OR Account Manage/ Deliver on the roles that the MD brings in receiving a very generous commission.

The commission is excellent and there is no threshold. For full transparency, your commission scheme is ‘like for like’ based on the %fee that you charge the client. For example, if you charge a 20% fee, you will receive 20% commission.

The office is based 5 mins outside of Knutsford Town Centre (you will need your own transport) and is ideally situated for people based in South Manchester/East Cheshire who do not want to commute long distances to the office. It takes 15 mins to travel from Altrincham/Hale (past Ashley with no motorway travel) as well as Wilmslow (through Mobberley).

Flexibility with start/ finish times can be accommodated.
