The Outside Clinic

Salary: £26,000 per year

The role will involve supporting the Recruitment Manager with tasks such as candidate sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. It’s up to you to help find the right applicant for each position, and that means screening lots of potential candidates before recruiting them. You’ll be liaising with a variety of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
• Source suitable candidates for both Head Office and Field based vacancies
• Manage online job boards and recruitment agencies
• Utilise social media to source suitable candidates
• Network and advertise to potential candidates exploring new methods the company could use for the future
• Ensure agency spend is kept to a minimum
• Pre screen candidates via the telephone
• Identify skills and competencies to match appropriately with vacancies
• Interviewing candidates face to face
• Select Suitable candidates internally & externally for interview
• Confirming all interviews booked, and follow the standard recruitment procedure
• CRB, GOC, HPC and identification checks on candidates.
• Hotel and contract requests for new starters.
• Liaise with all new starters confirming their first week and ensuring they have all the information they need.
• Management of the locum booking system
• Ensure all locum bookings are filled via direct route or agency
• Deal with general enquiries relating to recruitment.
• Complies with all aspects of the Health and Safety at Work Etc Act 1974 and with the Company’s current Health and Safety Policies.
