Summary

This job is for an experienced Quality Inspector to complete CMM, manual and visual inspection operations.
Working hours are Monday – Thursday, 7.00 -16.45.
You will have very good attention to detail, a ‘can do’ attitude and be a team player.

The Package

This Quality Inspector role is a permanent position, offering a minimum rate of £26,000 per year. However rate depends on experience, and will be confirmed after interview stage.

Job Details

You will be able to provide a thorough and diligent inspection operation to the manufacturing and processing teams.
Working closely with supervisors and cell members, you will apply customer and company standards over a range of processes to ensure the continued reputation of the company.

Key Job Specifications

*Undertake CMM, manual, visual and final inspection
*Assist with additional processes such as maintaining production paperwork
*Liaise with production regarding daily / weekly and monthly despatch requirements
*Report all non-conformities and malfunctions promptly through the correct channels

Person Specification

*Is advantageous to have worked within an aerospace environment previously
*Good attention to detail
*Able to work proactively – under limited instruction
*Team player who is flexible and can also work independently and under pressure
*Target and quality driven
*A focus and understanding on the importance of Health and Safety is vital
*Excellent time keeping is essential
