Salary: £14.4 – £15.6 per hour
Our Client in Burnley is a world leader in the Aerospace and Oil & Gas Industry
We are recruiting for a Quality Inspector working with precision components using various measuring equipment ( height gauges, verniers,micrometers etc,)
Carrying out first off overchecks
Carry out First Article Inspections and compiling associated documentation.
Calibration control of all department measuring equipment.
Work closely with Production control to schedule work through the Inspection Department.
Attend and contribute to SQCDP/production meetings
Identify continuous improvement opportunities
SKILLS
Awareness of ISO9001/AS9100/NADCAP
3 + years in a similar role
Proficient in the use of the relevant IT tools ( Excel,word etc.)
