Professional Development Officer, temp £11.50ph, Manchester

Your Job will consist of;

Support online learning projects which require the use of Learning Media or other third party development resources.
Support client new user registrations
Assist with the update process for Client Certificate programmes
Assist with updating the production schedules, catalogue and online client course lists
Onsite support for PD online live in-house programmes
Onsite support for PD async recordings in Manchester
Checking presenter course material (powerpoint)
Updating courses on PD LMS environments
Set up programmes in the PD systems for new online courses
Support with the PD online mailboxes
Manage documents, presentations etc, stored on the E-learning share
Support with managing the equipment inventory for PD online
Support PD Online with Online live events (In-House and Public)
Running reports for Clients
Generating feedback reports of PD online products
Producing Joining Instructions for in-house Online Live clients
Providing reporting information for Online Live sessions

experience of project managing development projects with Learning media
knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint skills
basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
commercial focus on prioritizing tasks to grow e-learning revenueDesirable skills and knowledge:
