Part Time Learning & Development Officer / Part Time Trainer

Our client is looking for a Part Time Learning & Development Manager/ Part time Training Manager to join them on a 12 month contract.

As a part time L&D Manager/ Part time Trainer you will contribute to service delivery through the design, implementation and delivery of practical training programmes for new and existing employees across the business and manage implementation of business strategy.

Focus will be placed on supporting business objectives and strategy and ensuring that all training programmes are delivered in order to provide employees with the skills and competency to fulfil their roles within both customer facing and support roles across the business.

The L&D Manager will support and manage the L&D Officer and offer guidance and support with any training implementation and delivery.

Other duties will include:

Training Need Analysis
Design & Build Training materials
Implementation and Delivery of courses
Strategic Planning
Evaluation & review
