Contracts Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

Midlands based SME contractor are looking for an individual to join their team to work under the direction and leadership of a very hands on senior management team delivering projects regionally and nationwide. Currently as a business they t/o circa £5+ Million where a majority of the work is negotiated with longterm repeat clients that they been dealing with since the inception of the business but with previous employers these clients they have dealt with over the last 10-20 years.

As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing projects from the intial inception and manage through to final completion and handover, main core dutied will be coordinating with the site team the programme/schedule of works for the project, subcontract coordination, project/client meetings as well as maintaining relationships with all parties. Project sectors that this contractor operate in include retail/hospitality, assisted living and new build.

The package for this role is negotiable as will be very dependant upon applicants current package and will be open for negotiation but the director is looking for an individual that he can eventually provide a succesion plan to move into and take over his role running the business.
