Telesales Executive

Salary: £26,000 – £39,000 per year

Talent UK are recruiting on behalf of their client for an experience Telesales and new business development executive- this is a full time, permanent position and we are looking for someone with excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to be able to pick up the phone and speak with customers confidently. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN OUTBOUND COLD CALLING POSITION SO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED

Call centre, COLD CALLING, new business development or telesales experience is ESSENTIAL to be successful in this role however this is NOT A TARGETED SALES role, the sales element would be up selling and cross selling to existing, new or lapsed customers

Responsibilities;

· Answering inbound sales enquiries, generating opportunities through new and existing business and speaking with new, lapsed or existing customers, securing deals and making sales calls throughout the day

· Outbound cold calling to prospective businesses to bring more companies onboard

Processing orders, chasing deliveries, amending orders, handling any customer queries

· Any other in house duties as required by the company

* Inhouse sales & product training
