Telesales Executive

The Thomas Recruitment Group are currently seeking an Outgoing Telesales Executive for our well established client in Merthyr Tydfil.

The main aim of this role is to make outbound telesales calls to new and existing business accounts to promote a variety of products & services. Therefore previous customer service experience is needed.

Any sales experience is desirable with being consultative and great administration skills being key to the success of the role.

I am keen to speak with any telesales candidates with experience in a telesales/sales environment. This position comes with a basic of £16700 and uncapped commission where £25,000 – £27,000 is easily achievable given the right work ethic is applied.

Duties will include:

•Making outbound calls and engage with existing and potential customers.
•Provide up to date and consultative information regarding products and services that are available.
•Processing customer orders using in house CRM system
•Managing customer emails
•Communicating with internal departments via telephone and e mail
•Carrying our associated administration tasks

You will need to be outgoing, self-motivated and organised with the willingness to learn. Full training is provided.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

•Excellent customer service skills
•B2B Sales experience (desirable)
•Sales and customer service experience proven in previous roles
•Experience in building relationships at all levels
•Confidence and Enthusiasm
