Production Supervisor – FMCG Manufacturing

Salary: £36,000 – £39,600 per year

Production Supervisor London (will look at a team leader ready to step up) is a Monday to Friday (earlies or lates) for an innovative FMCG Manufacturer that is growing from strength to strength with huge growth plans. Company offers fabulous career opportunities with further development. In this Production Supervisor role you will be able to have the freedom to create new ideas, implement change and develop the shift with your passion and drive.

The Production Supervisor must be in a leadership role with an FMCG background (Food, Drink, Beverage, Pharma, Packaging, Cosmetics)

Example of some Production Supervisor Duties

Managing the process and teams to ensure lines are running with maximum efficiency
Will have Team Leaders reporting to them
Ensure KPI’s and targets are met by the team
Drive the quality of production and ideas to improve
Team performance related issues, building strong teams for the future etc.
Assis the Shift Manager in helping lead and grow the teams
Ideas on continuous improvement
