Production Supervisor
Part Time – 20 Hours per week (2 Days)
Hourly rate: £17.17p/h x 20 hours per hour (£1,240 p/m)
Benefits: £16.85-£20 p/h Overtime rates, 11 shifts annual leave, 8% Pension, Sick Pay Scheme, Training, Christmas Party every year, Tools provided, Free parking and uniform.
The Business

Our client is a family run manufacturer of liquid hygiene and household cleaning products that supplies UK grocery stores with over 1 million spray bottles per week.
After 60 succesful years trading they have partnered with a parent company that has since invested over £100m in their Coventry site, enabling record growth to £25m turnover and a proud workforce currently 80 strong.
Already producing at full capacity in the week, they have secured long term contracts with two leading supermarkets that requires a weekend shift (Sat & Sun) aswell as a brand new part-time team to facilitate this increased demand.
The Role: Production Supervisor (15 – 30 people on the Sat & Sun shift)
Day to day supervision within a fast paced manufacturing site.
* Supervisor on site responsible for 15 Production Operatives and between 3-5 Engineers.
* Ensuring line changeovers are completed on time and production targets being met for customers.
* Working with the engineers to minimise machinery downtime on the plant.
* Ensuring PPM maintenance is carried out by Engineers.
* Health & Safety representative on site.
Entry requirements:
* 2 Years minimum experience as a Production Supervisor, ideally with either an engineering or production background.
* Fast paced manufacturing or distribtuion experience.
* Ideally H&S trained.
* Good communicator, responsible and good at problem solving.
