We are looking to appoint a talented Production Team Leader / Supervisor with a passion for lean / continuous improvement to join our team.

As Production Team Leader / Supervisor you will be based at our an established yet rapidly growing design, development and manufacturing facility where we produce complex electronic / electro-mechanical equipment. As a business we highly value our staff and have a culture of promotion from within. Due to this growth and our commitment to continuous improvement we are looking for you to manage a team of approximately 12 staff within production.

You will be given the opportunity to make a real impact within your team, implementing and drive forward changes to reduce waste, increase efficiencies and improving product flow.

You will be responsible for motivating and communicating daily, weekly and monthly production targets to your team to ensure required productivity levels and quality standards are met.
Ensure all departments KPI’s are met
Implement your ideas to improve efficiency and output
Utilise your Continuous Improvement knowledge

To succeed you will have be a motivated individual with previous experience leading a small team within an electronic / electro-mechanical assembly manufacturing environment. Knowledge of continuous improvement / lean manufacturing ideally sought.
