Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturer based in Telford. They are looking for a newly qualified engineer who has maybe just completed their apprenticeship and looking for their next step into their Engineering career. Working within an expanding engineering department, the Engineer will be working on the design of new products, construction of 3D models, design drawings and making prototype parts. The Engineer will also be responsible for the evaluation and testing of products. Other duties include:
• Managing Design Changes and certificate approvals and using 3D CAD
• Testing manufactured products using the lab testing equipment
• Evaluating parts and investigating any problems
• Maintaining and updating standard test processes

To be considered for this position you will possess a minimum BTEC Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 as Engineering as a minimum and be able demonstrate knowledge of 3D packages and the ability to use this in the production engineering processes. You will have a natural aptitude for problem resolutions and have gained experience in design, test and manufacturing process from your completed apprenticeship.
