Revenue Manager

Salary: £42,000 per year

Revenue Manager – About The Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and managing a small team of 2. You will be required to present monthly to the senior management team and work closely with other departments. This role will suit a commercially minded individual who is looking for a new challenge with added responsibility. Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Drive revenue process improvements across the organisation including identifying areas for system development. 
• Manage and develop the admin team and ensuring efficient allocation of payments. 
• Manage the revenue collection process through a range of methods. 
• Working closely with stakeholders to continuously improve and adapt centralised finance communications. 
• Identify and report key revenue trends to the senior management team and install appropriate future planning. 
• Oversee monthly direct debit collection, including the communication of key finance dates to relevant teams. 
• Leading the centralised debt collection processes, including monthly schedule and external communication. 
• Managing external relationships with key suppliers. 

​​​​​​​The successful Revenue Manager will have

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Experience in managing a team 
• Actively studying ACCA/CIMA or stop studiers will be considered 
• Strong analytical background
