Salary: £26,000 per year + 10% Bonus

Our client, a dynamic technology service provider based in Shoreditch, London’s vibrant tech hub now has an opening for a Sales Support Executive based from their City of London offices.

The Sales Support Executive role is an entry level role into the business and their expectation is that the successful candidate will build on their existing sales skills to move into either a New Business Development Manager or Account Manager.

As an ISP with their own LDN+ fibre and wireless network in London, they can provide fast, secure and resilient 10Mb–1Gb connections. They pride themselves on their unique holistic approach to their customer’s connectivity, telecoms, mobile, security and IT. Due to strategic expansion, they now have an opening for a Sales Support Executive.

As a Sales Support Executive you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the management and retention of existing clients on behalf of Account Managers
• Building and maintaining a strong trust relationship to support customer satisfaction and an ability to identify and grow service breadth and account revenues through upsell agreements.
• Support Business Development Managers and Account Managers and over time possibly becoming the primary business interface for a customer on their behalf.
• Achieve revenue targets for incremental account sales (as part of team contribution)

Your experience for this role should include:

• Self-starter with strong self-motivation and hands-on approach. You must have the drive to succeed and conquer any challenge.
• Previous experience working in a similar role for a telecommunications, internet or hosting service provider.
• Primary English language speaker and fluent in written and verbal English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good commercial skills – the ability to get business closed
• Good academic results, preferably at Degree level or above, in Technology or Business related degree.
• Previous professional sales training may be an advantage
