Area Manager (Door Supervisors)

Working a mixture of days and nights, as Area Manager for this busy organisation, you will ensure all sites are staffed, working with company scheduler, ensure that all staff are properly uniformed, ensuring that all site due diligence paper work is in order and signed off. Implement risk assessments as and when required whilst keeping a time log of the same Client visits, which must occur during peak trade times as well as non-peak visits. Appraise staff and identify any training needs that may exist. Record and collate all incidents ensuring that all incidents are reported to the appropriate persons. Attend of all area meetings relating to e.g. Police/council/client initiatives, identify and follow up any potential revenue streams. Overall, maintaining company standards and ensuring the client’s needs are met in full. Mileage allowance will be paid for all business related mileage. Due to the nature of this job, weekend nights are an essential part of your working week.
