Area Commercial Manager

Exclusive are delighted to be working with a progressive industrial organisation in the North East who are looking for an experienced Area Commercial Manager. The role will provide support in the delivery of targeted sales volumes, market share and price through coaching and building performance of external sales teams. You will be responsible for an assigned market area & portfolio of assets across the group and will provide customer management support for large regional customers. Duties will include implementation of commercial excellent initiatives, leading and development of sales teams to meet sales plans and championing of performance improvement plans.

Applicants should have a background in leading sales teams, possess strong commercial understanding and experience of driving improvement and major change programmes.

Ideally you would have a background within heavy industry, materials or construction
