Area Manager – Cool; Late Night Club / Bar Operators

TO BE BASED ANYWHERE IN THE LOCATION: LONDON/SOUTH COAST PREFERABLY.

SALARY: STARTING SALARY IS £60,000BUT THE COMPANY WILL PAY UP TO £60,000 FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATE WHO CAN DRIVE BUSINESS FROM THE WORD ‘GO’.

THERE IS ALSO AN ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL BONUS GIVING YOU THE CHANCE TO EARN REAL MONEY AS THIS IS UNCAPPED.

Very cool late night style bar/restaurant company is currently seeking a very strong Area Manager/Operations Manager to join them to drive the business forward.

The company is currently going through expansion and also exceptionally exciting times raising its profile significantly and leading it to become one of the UK’s main operators in its field.

It has a wide range of high quality, high profile operations and has been in growth consistently year on year, even throughout the recession

The company is looking for someone who can be hands on in growing the business, opening new sites and focus on recruitment, training and the development of the teams and Managers within the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

* The successful candidate MUST have a proven track record as a successful Operations Manager, Area Manager with a forward thinking cool bar/club operator – We are NOT looking for General Managers looking the next step up the career ladder

* Proven track record of driving a business and opening brand new sites

* Must be prepared to travel nationally as the company have sites throughout the UK

* Some experience of working with businesses that also serve food is an advantage

* Entrepreneurial

* Able to implement quality systems and put some structure into place to take the company to the next level

* The ability to consolidate existing sites and roll out the concepts – recruiting managers and teams for new sites

* Career focused and hungry

* Bright and outgoing with a great personality

* A real personality fit for an exciting and evolving brand which is growing and adding to its portfolio all the time.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

This is an amazing opportunity for a successful Operations Manager, Area Manager or Operations Director from a similar stylish brand and to that end salary will very much depend on experience. Potential salary is £60,000 upwards, but the company is prepared to pay up to £60,000 for someone who really can hit the ground running with an extremely strong background and the ability to make money almost immediately. There will also be an amazing bonus potential which is UNCAPPED and benefits
