Salary: £66,000 per year

CAD Design Manager – Construction – £55,000

Our client leaders in the Construction Industry working across a variety of projects now seek to appoint a CAD Design Manager.

The ideal CAD Design Manager will have mentored or managed a minimum of a two-person team upwards, have an excellent ability to work with the Estimating/Pre Contract team and provide accurate costings and be a strong relationship builder.

CAD Design Manager Responsibilities:

* Manage a small team of Designers

* Design in CAD, Solidworks

* Transfer designs into CAM

* Work closely with the manufacturing team

* Deliver costings and estimates

Key Skills:

* Construction background in Facades, Civils, Formwork, Joinery

* Knowledge of CAD, Solidworks & CAM

* CNC and 5 Axis machine knowledge a distinct advantage

* Good confident personality and strong relationship builder

* Technically minded and solutions focussed
