We are currently recruiting a people centric and results driven Group FP&A Manager to join our Finance team in Covent Garden
The role:
Our Finance colleagues are a central hub of knowledge, and as a Group FP&A Manager, you’ll ensure that your team are on hand to support the business in every way possible. Working as part of the Group FP&A team, the Group FP&A Manager will report into the Head of FP&A and assist in the planning and execution of the Group forecasting, understanding of financial performance and provision of financial insight to Senior Management and key stakeholders.

• Delivery of annual planning, 3YP, monthly forecast, monthly management reporting and weekly finance reports
• Drive change and process improvement to improve the quality, scope, and comparability of reporting & forecasting across multi-national operating companies
• Provide insightful analysis and review of business performance to senior stakeholders, including Capex, Sales Churn, and Cost Analysis
• Understand and challenge key assumptions, and ensure that the financial projections and associated assumptions are aligned to the Group financial and operational targets
• Act as the interface between the Group businesses to ensure key commercial and financial messages are clearly presented, including the latest financial projections and drivers of any movements
• Business Partnering with senior leadership across the group to provide financial insight

Required skills and competencies:

• Qualified accountant, ACA/ACCA or equivalent
• Previous FP&A experience, including multi business unit budgeting and forecasts
• Strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to quickly understand and find practical solutions to complex problems as they arise
• Strong communicator with experience in presenting information to both finance and non-finance
• Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships, both with the wider Finance team globally and throughout the business
• Operates with a strong commercial mind-set and understanding of business
• Flexibility, ability to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines
• Proactive approach to work and a self-starter
