Post: Group HR Manager

Full Time: 9am – 5pm

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 pa

Location: Head Office Based

From ‘multi-service’ provision to Logistical Planning Solutions and Management Strategies, our services encompass temporary works, traffic and delivery management, access control, security services, waste control, scaffolding, and multi-service operatives.

With a focus on excellent and a dedication to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, we are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team.

As the Group Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Group’s growth by managing all aspects of the human resources with the Group. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and programs that align with our business goals and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy

– Provide effective advice and support to managers and employees on HR matters, suggesting appropriate solutions as required.

– Provide advice and information to managers on areas such as disciplinary and grievance, terms and conditions of employment, and employment law.

– Ensure compliance with the company’s HR policies and procedures by managers and staff.

– Be responsible for managing computerized and manual human resource systems, along with the provision and development of information systems to ensure complete, accurate, up-to-date, and secure personnel records.

– Act in accordance with the company’s values, serving as an advisor to the company and ensuring positive working relationships with internal and external customers that uphold and enhance the company’s image.

– Ensure Contracts of Employment and subsequent amendments are provided accurately and in line with current legislation.

– Ensure Company Health and Safety safe working practices are observed at all times.

– Manage the onboarding and off boarding of employees.

The ideal candidates will have proven HR best practice, ER and HR operational experience, preferably in construction with strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Must hold at least CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
