Nursing Home Manager – Elderly Care
Fleet, Hampshire
£50k – £55k + excellent benefits
Bright Selection are pleased to be supporting a reputable elderly care provider with the recruitment for Home Manager for one of their beautiful homes near Fleet, Hampshire.
The home has been purpose built to an exceptional standard, split over 3 floors providing nursing, residential & dementia care. The home benefits from excellent facilities & amenities and a stable and committed staff team.
To be considered you will need:
* RGN/RMN Qualified
* Must have a proven background in successful management either as a Deputy or Home Manager
* Must have extensive knowledge of working in a care home environment
* To be Quality focused in your delivery of care
* Excellent knowledge of current legislation
