Branch Manager

We are looking to recruit a highly driven, customer focused, ambitious and professional Branch Manager for our Harrogate Branch. This is an opportunity to join the UK’s fastest growing and most successful Estate Agency group.

The position will require you to work alongside our Estate Agency business, building market share and firmly establishing Bridgfords Lettings as the number one choice for lettings in West Yorkshire.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate their own sales ability as well as manage a team to achieve minimum standards and targets. This is a position that will ideally suit a person who is self-motivated, organised, can establish positive relationships to build business and can work in a team and on their own. Experience of people management and motivation is essential and a desire to succeed within this competitive market place is mandatory.
