Job Title: Branch Manager

£18,000 + Bonus = £25k OTE

With a basic Salary: £26,000and an uncapped bonus structure that offers a genuine £25k OTE in year 1, this role is perfect for confident, outgoing business minded people who can build rapport with customers and have the discipline and focus to run their own branch effectively.

The Role: This role has 4 key remits;

• Customer Service – building rapport with each and every customer, initially by telephone and then face to face at the appointment within your branch, delivering outstanding service. Building a local, trusted reputation is down to you, which in turn generates repeat customers and many referrals.
• Business Generation – you will be directly responsible for the effective and professional management of your branch and its overall standards, managing and prioritising your own workload and diary. Whilst a lot of the appointments will be given to you, this is only part of the potential business. Therefore you will be expected to have the get up and go to and tenacity to generate additional appointments and ultimately additional purchases. This extra business will generate extra rewards for you!
• Team Supervision – the day to day management and success of your team within your Branch is down to you. Ensuring that your team deliver the key KPI’s of the business, adhere to high standards and deliver all elements of the buying process effectively is an essential element of this role. Therefore ensuring your team are trained to the highest standards and coached to deliver the best customer experience falls to you as the Branch Manager as your Branch reputation is built by your team.
• Compliance – as the Branch manager, you will be required to conduct regular audits and admin tasks to ensure your Branch runs smoothly and conforms to various company standards and procedures as instructed by Head Office and that all key KPI’s are delivered.

You: This is a challenging role in which it will feel like you are almost running your own business! We are therefore looking for people who are self-starters, have the confidence, discipline, drive and determination to own and manage their branch – people who have the self-motivation and the hunger to achieve and succeed in great business. It is essential that you have worked within a customer focused, sales or retail environment.

Salary: £26,000 per yearbasic + Bonus: Year 1 OTE = £25,000, uncapped with Top Performers earning £35,000+

Hours: 5 days in 7 to include every Saturday and Sunday. Weekdays: 10am – 7pm, Saturday 9am – 5:30pm, Sunday 10am – 5pm.
