The Role

You will be tasked with managing the their flagship branch with full P&L responsibility and 14 direct reports that will include operators, drivers, administrators. You will be tasked with growing and improving the overall performance of the branch in order to achieve budgets and company targets. You will work closely with the Commercial Director.

The Candidate

You will need to come from the PRINT industry.
You will need to have an understanding of the different business components that would be required in order to run a branch (man management / P&L responsibility and forecasting)
You will be able to demonstrate an operational understanding.
The Package

35K basic salary
Plus uncapped OTE (approx £10-15k – year 1)
