HR Manager

Salary: £45,600 – £50,400 per year

Elevation Recruitment Group have a new opportunity for an experienced HR Manager for an established supplychain business based in Wakefield.

Due to the success of the business our client is looking for a pro-active and organised HR Manager that will support the senior leadership team. The role will report to the finance controller whilst being responsible for the HR Assistant.

Your duties will include:
*Providing HR advice and support to managers on all HR and employee relations matters
*Ensuring that leavers forms are completed by managers for Payroll purposes and that the relevant deductions are being made
*Providing training to managers on HR topic areas
*Utilising Apprenticeship Levy Fund for company-wide training
*Producing monthly HR up-dates on changes to the business, leavers and starters
*Conducting annual review of all company policies and procedures
*Providing support to managers in appeals, grievances and when needed disciplinary meetings

Our client supports hybrid working

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with a minimum of 2-year experience in HR. A BA degree in Business & Personal is looked for whilst other degrees may be considered, knowledge around the gender pay gap is required for this role. You must have excellent communication skills and be motivated and organised as the business works at a fast pace daily.
