Our director recently completed a Business Development Programme and was able to open Pi Industries in Manchester City Centre.

We’re currently working with a well-known client in Manchester and are looking for 4 more Junior Event Marketing Assistants to join our talented team.

Responsibilities:

As a Junior Event Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for maximising sales of our client’s product and services packages during event-based campaigns and in-store promotions.

Additionally, you’ll build excellent working relationships with prospects and passionately promote the company’s services in order to successfully convert and close sales.

You’ll be:

* working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* responsible for professional, honest client representation
* hosting events throughout the city to attract the public’s attention
* explaining relevant products and services to customers face-to-face
* able to advance into a leadership-oriented roll if you perform consistently

About Us:

Our Event Marketing campaigns can be used to make personal connections with consumers which will increase brand loyalty, customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Pi Industries prepare our sales force with product knowledge and training so that they can accurately represent every brand and answer any questions consumers may have.

One of our clients is a new, market-leading health food and recipe delivery service that supports local farmers and sources their food from throughout in the UK. Our other client specialises in fundraising and brand awareness for multiple charitable organisations.

Requirements:

* All applicants need to be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the UK
* Customer facing experience is helpful including retail sales, customer service, hospitality, telemarketing or similar
* You’ll need to be able to commute to Manchester City Centre and travel to the events and shops
* You’ll also need to be willing to attend a full unearned evaluation day at an event before reaching a final decision
* A strong work ethic and drive to succeed are essential because the more you put in, the more you get out
* Our clients pay us for results only, and therefore all sales assistants work on self employed commission-based pay packages
