Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is a leading, privately owned, highly successful and vastly profitable national, specialist food related manufacturer with several sites in the UK and Europe who have been operating for many years.
The Norfolk based site requires a Maintenance Manager.
Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for the upkeep of plant and machinery with day to day responsibility for the Maintenance team of 11.
You will be encouraged to propose and implement improvements to equipment and operations in order to maximise safety, hygiene and efficiency.
We require a positive, motivated, knowledgeable hands on and time served engineer from an industrial production background with excellent coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and the capacity to look for improvements within the facility.
Salary to suit experience, plus performance related bonus up to 10%, profit related bonus up to 10%, Contributory pension 8%, 33 days holiday per year.
