Maintenance Manager

AD Engineering are working in partnership with a leading, privately owned manufacturing business based in Dudley, to recruit a maintenance manager. This role is offering a high level package within an excellent role, reporting directly to the group engineer. 

The chosen candidate will be responsible for around 10 engineers within the team, consisting of; engineers, supervisors, fitters etc. You will also be responsible for ensuring the equipment is maintained to a very high standard managing all TPM (total productive maintenance) and AM scheduling and tasking. Essential repairs and overhauls including health and safety aswell as over seeing the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management). 
You will also have vast amounts of experience with pneumatics and hydraulics systems, diagnosis, and fault finding processes. Also, have electrical switch gear specifying installations and commissioning exposure. You must have a decent understanding of ISO 9001. If you have been involved in project work, this would be beneficial. 

For this role you can be degree educated, or qualified by experience with strong engineering management experience. This company is all about attitude! They expect you to be an hands-on individual and if your team need help on the shop floor, you aren’t shy.. you’ll get stuck in too!
