Asbedstos Surveyor / Analyst

A leading asbestos consultancy that provides a variety of asbestos and environmental services nationwide is presently looking for an enthusiastic Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst work on a mixed bag of contracts in the Hertfordshire area, our client will also give consideration to candidates from London, Essex and surrounding areas.

Roles and Responsibilities
– Must possess the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates, or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
– Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety with regard to asbestos.
– Will have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Must have the relevant experience in asbestos surveying, air-monitoring and within the asbestos arena.
– Will have the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.
– Carry out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
– Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on both commercial and industrial properties.
– Ensuring contractors working on site are following the Health and Safety legislation in relation to asbestos.
– Collating and submitting comprehensive reports as and when required.
– Liaising with clients at all levels.
