Paint & Preparation Team Leader
Salary: £29,400basic + overtime available
Shift: Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00
Location: Milton Keynes
Role: Permanent
Background required: Previous Paint & Preparation experience at Team Leader/Supervisory level.
Overview:
Working for a well established large manufacturer, who are one of the leaders in their field.
You will be working within a well established team is this hands on team leader role within the paint and Preparation Department.
Essential skills:
-Must have previous Team Leader/Supervisory or man management experience in a Paint/ Preparation orientated environment.
The ideal Team Leader will have as many of the following skills/ experience to strengthen the application:
– Preparation – Manual (composite and fabricated ancillary parts) and shot blast
– MIG / TIG welding inspection, correction and reporting / managing prevention
– Wet paint spraying – A range of primer and top coat systems, through a variety of spray equipment
– Powder Coating – through a flowline finishing / production facility
