Lettings Coordinator

Our client is a highly reputable, professional and successful independent Lettings Agency who prides themselves on high standards and focused customer service.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join the team.

Forming part of the small dedicated team the role covers all aspects of lettings to include:
– Dealing with enquiries
– Liaising with tenants and landlords
– Arranging and conducting viewings
– Tenant referencing
– Property management
– Move in’s and check out’s
– Negotiating quotes for remedial works
– Managing issues if the arise
– Administration duties

As the ideal candidate you must possess experience within the lettings industry, be process driven and have an eye for detail. A confident communicator with a thorough manner and able to work in a fast paced environment with high standards.
