HR Assistant

Salary: £36,000 – £40,800 per year

Morgan McKinley is excited to be working with an e-commerce logistics business based in West Berkshire who are currently searching for a vital member of the HR team. We are looking for a highly organised, motivated self-starter for this role, keen to grow and develop in a highly successful and fast paced environment

The day to day duties include:

• Employee lifecycle – on/offboarding etc
• HR projects – HRIS implementation
• Employee HR administration – annual, maternity and paternity leave etc
• ER management and process improvement
• Absence management
• Employee engagement
• Query resolution for all HR issues

The successful individual will have previous HR Administration experience from a similar environment with excellent attention to detail and the desire for perfection. Ideally you will be studying towards CIPD and live in the local area. This role will have a flexible hybrid working pattern with travel to the office in the West Berkshire area 3 day per week
