Marketing Assistant

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

Francesca’s Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing Assistant, this is a full-time permanent role for a Key Working Company based in Clay Cross, Chesterfield.

Marketing Assistant The Role

* Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents and marketing material across the Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite.

* Assist in building our CRM strategy across email and direct mail to deliver through the cycle of new customer acquisition and long-term customer value.

* Deliver content to social media that meets marketing objectives

* Working with the team and external agencies to deliver campaigns

* Reporting on marketing performance

* Assist in the organisation and management of customer events

* Using data to make informed marketing decisions

* Working in collaboration with HR to produce all business communications.

Marketing Assistant Role Experience Required

* Experience of working in a B2B environment

* Knowledge and experience of all Office applications

* Knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative Cloud.

* Knowledge and experience of emailing platforms such as Mailchimp.

* Knowledge and experience of social media campaigns and content creation

* Knowledge & Behaviours Required

* Commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to think creatively as well as strategically

* Is a team player, who works effectively with others, to both get results and role model a positive culture.

* Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.

* Demonstrates a passion for marketing and a desire for continual learning

Location – Clay Cross, Chesterfield.

Hours – Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (30 mins lunch)
