Proposition Analyst and Team Administrator

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

70% Proposition Analyst for the Direct Services Channel:
· Ongoing competitor analysis to assess and support implementation of propositional changes, product development, digital enhancements and improvements to client experience
· Support Proposition Manager with ongoing assessment and documentation of the existing product and platform services in order to scope and document detailed requirements for platform changes
· Review, update and maintain all Direct Services collateral (website, platform, documentation)
· Assist in production of team presentations and videos
· As part of the Direct Services team, work alongside several teams (including Client Services, Advisers, Operations, Segmentation, Compliance) to understand issues with and improvements required to user interfaces and client journeys, and to provide analysis into efficient resolution of these in conjunction with the Change team, our Platform technology provider and key business stakeholders

30% Supporting the Direct Services Director and Direct Services management team with:
· Diary management for Direct Services Director
· Setting up and management of team meetings and organising team travel
· Preparing meeting papers and circulating to all attendees
· Minute taking at meetings where appropriate, reviewing outstanding actions and maintaining progress logs
· Maintenance of central drives for storing all business materials
· Issuing of regular communications to advisers and staff
Ordering of stationery for the team

Requirements:
· Experience in diary management and administration
· Exposure to D2C or adviser platforms is preferred
· Experience in business & competitor analysis, client journey reviews, creating use cases would be ideal
· Role holder may be a team administrator or junior proposition analyst in a similar environment, looking to build upon existing skills and get involved in the exciting development of a D2C proposition
