The Candidate
Significant experience in the following:
Internal Sales account management – development experience ideally construction – merchant – buying group background – or manufacturing
Customer focused
Managing a customer service or sales team
High attention to detail, with analytical skills
Excellent IT skills
The Role:
This Customer Service Team leader role is part of a growth strategy for the business as they have identified there is a huge potential growth in the merchant stockist sector.
You will work along side the area sales managers, national sales manager and sales director to gather market intelligence and leads to gain a larger market share. Working with improved installers on a loyalty scheme to gain work from them to back fill through the merchant community. Working with consumers to find the right stockists of their required product to make sure the enquiry stays in the business.
