Salary: £360 – £420 per day

A well known Food takeaway chain is seeking cndidates at various branches within the UK to carry out the following duties:-

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will receive training and development in all areas of store operations, learning about the daily aspects of running a small food takeaway store efficiently and profitably. You will also learn how to lead, coach and inspire all team members to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times.

The Manager In Training role is a fast paced, hands-on, career progression programme that helps you gain quick, valuable and effective knowledge to lead you towards being a Manager in 12-18 months. If you can manage quality, manage speed and manage people; you will be able to produce great results.

Person Spec

* No prior qualifications required

* 1-2 years’ experience in a fast paced QSR role is desirable

* Ability to work in target based environment

* Experience in working independently with a result orientation

* Strong oral and written communication skills
