Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year

A Manager-in-Training role within a well known company is rewarding and involves working flexible hours in a fun, team environment. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will receive training and development in all areas of store operations, learning about the daily aspects of running a store efficiently and profitably. You will also learn how to lead, coach and inspire all team members to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. It’s the perfect way to launch develop your career into management positions
The Manager In Training role is a fast paced, hands-on, career progression programme that helps you gain quick, valuable and effective knowledge to lead you towards being a Manager in 12-18 months. If you can manage quality, manage speed and manage people; you will be able to produce great results.
Duties are varied to include
• Managing all aspects of food hygiene and store cleanliness
• Controlling costs on a day-to-day basis to improve profitability for the store
• Motivating your team to promote efficiency throughout the store to achieve our company’s high standards
• Maintaining a strong brand image and service standards including uniform/presentation standards and our philosophy on customer service.
• Maintaining and developing product quality at all times
• Promoting efficiency within the store to achieve service standards in line with company expectations
• Leading and motivating a large team of 40-50 to success
