Trainee Property Manager

My client is an award winning national Estate Agency brand with a presence in central Aldershot who are now offering a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join their team as a Trainee Property Manager.

The Trainee Property Manager will report into the Property Manager of the Lettings division, and their key duties/responsibilities would be as follows:

– Property visits and management inspections
– Compiling property visit and inspection reports and sending these to landlords
– Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors on a daily basis to resolve any maintenance issues
– Arranging quotes for work to be done at landlords’ properties
– Helping to administer deposits when tenants leave

My client is looking for someone bright, energetic, polite, great with customers on the phone and also face to face, positive, organised, and generally someone with a bit of initiative to ensure a fluid and positive customer experience.

This is a full time role to include Saturday work with a day off during the week.

Candidates must have a full driving licence and ideally use of their own vehicle.
