We are working with an industry leading multi-national Total FM company that are seeking a Project Site Supervisor. The company are highly regarded in the industry for their high-level of service and quality of customer centric delivery.
Your new role
As Project Site Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the project delivery onsite and motivate the team ensuring staff are providing excellent service to the customer.

Ensuring that, job planning, and equipment are effectively utilised and continuously improved in accordance with service delivery targets
management of health & safety on all projects
Handover of all projects and managing time frames
Support the Project Managers in compiling all pre-start information
Provide structured approach to project planning
Monitor KPI’s

What you’ll need to succeed

Higher National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent experience
Experienced working on construction projects
Experience of managing specialist sub-contract supply chains
Excellent understanding and adherence to SHEQ practices
Strong appreciation of customer care
Effectively manage time to complete strict deadlines
SMSTS
City and Guilds Trade qualification if applicable (Desirable)
Microsoft Office or other relevant IT related qualification (Desirable)
Current valid driving license What you need to do now
