Telesales Executive

Salary: £27,600 – £30,000 per year

Clarion Communication Systems is a West Sussex Telecoms company, trading for 16 years, in the supply of high-quality Remanufactured & New Telecoms and IT equipment to both business and end users worldwide.

We are currently seeking an ambitious and energetic Telemarketing/Telesales Executive to join our growing Sales Team, offering Technology products to the Business & Consumer Marketplace.

Day to day duties include:

* Making outbound calls to new prospects, existing customers and dormant accounts

* Liaising with prospects and customers by telephone and email to seek new business opportunities and nurture existing relationships

* Distributing possible sales opportunities to account managers and in due course manage accounts yourself

* Developing product and industry knowledge to help maximise your sales potential

* Managing and updating the customer database

* Working to targets and KPI’s – Outbound calls to a number of instructions per day, leading towards your own Sales targets in due course

* Working with a high level of compliance awareness – telemarketing and telesales

* Office based in Billingshurst in West Sussex, Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)

Skills and experience required:

* At least 1 year within in any of the following roles – telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, B2B sales, B2C sales

* Professional attitude: dedicated, self-motivated and target-driven

* Confident and compelling telephone manner

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong team player

* Great organisation and time-keeping

* Be comfortable using computer programmes i.e. Microsoft outlook, word, Excel, CRM systems

Full training will be provided with ample opportunity for increased earnings and career progression.

* 17-22k basic salary

* 1st Year OTE of 25k – this will increase into year 2 to 30k OTE
