Financial Accountant

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year

An opportunity is available for a Financial Accountant to work for a Global Manufacturing and Distribution business in Cookstown.

The ideal person will:

* ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant

* Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar accounting role

The role will include:

* Preparation of monthly management accounts including budgets, forecasts and variance analysis

* Preparation of year-end accounts and statutory financial statements

* Prepare tax returns, submit on time and track payments or refunds

* Manage relationships with internal and external auditors

* Supervision of accounts clerks

* Create efficient methods for accounting and financial record-keeping and help implement them
