Customer Success Assistant

Salary: £26,000 – £27,000 per year

Our client is a highly successful and multi-award winning software company based on the outskirts of Derby.

Due to ongoing success, they are looking for someone to work closely with the Customer Success Managers and the Training team in order to adopt, retain and grow client accounts. In order to achieve this, your duties will be:

* Supporting Customer Success team

* Acting as a point of contact for clients

* Delivering monthly strategies and business reviews to demonstrate return on investment

* Regularly use social media to engage with clients

* Act as a brand ambassador

* Act as an escalation point for technical issues

* Develop a thorough understanding of client objectives

This role would suit someone with great communication skills who really enjoys building relationships with clients and problem solving. You should also be comfortable using a variety of social media platforms, video conferencing, email, etc. You don’t necessarily need experience for this role and suitable candidates could be recent graduates, customer service people, administration staff who are good with people, etc. The emphasis is very much on attitude, focus and drive.
