Customer Support

Salary: £26,000 per year

We are looking for Customer Support staff for a 3 month contract working from home and in the office.

The role is outgoing call campaign work initially for 3 months with a view to it becoming a longer term/permanent project where if this happens we could look to increase days/hours.

Calls will need to made between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday so there will be 2 shift patterns as below to ensure these hours are covered.

You will work 3 days (18 hours) each week (2 Saturdays a month) and a rotation of different days/shifts every 2 weeks.

Shift 1 would be completed in the office, Shift 2 would be completed at home; there will laptops provided.

Shift 1

8am – 2.30pm

6 hours, 30 min break unpaid

Shift 2

1.30pm – 8pm

6 hours, 30 min break unpaid

The work itself is making outbound calls to existing new members to check they have received their welcome packs and to check they have everything they need. The result of the call will be recorded in the customer database.

The candidates would need to have a friendly and confident telephone manner as the success of the campaign is highly dependant on how well the calls are carried out.
