Angela Hamlin Health Care Professionals is a growing Private Nursing and Care agency in London, dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. We provide personalised, professional domiciliary health care. Services include the provision of nurses and/or carers, ranging from short daily visits to longer day duties, as well as live-in residential options.
We now have a new opportunity for a standalone People Operations Manager to join Angela Hamlin Health Care Professionals, becoming an integral part of the growth of our new company and joining an experienced and established management team.
Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for colleague and manager queries in relation to HR, advising on HR policies, processes, and legislation.
* Own and manage the recruitment and retention of both Care staff and Office staff.
* Manage informal and formal employee relations including performance management, disciplinary matters, sickness, annual leave and appraisals.
* Advocate the employee experience and culture, focussing on employee welfare and wellbeing.
* Implement and monitor the AHHCP induction programme and mandatory training requirements for all staff.
* Ensure all HR documents and databases (including employee files) are accurate, regularly reviewed, updated and filed away correctly. This includes employee personal details, change of job titles, reports and contract changes.
About You/Qualifications:
* Proven relevant experience in HR and compliance
* Previous experience with, or knowledge of, current CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards
* Preferable, but not essential, CIPD level 5 qualified or above
* Experience within the healthcare industry is also desirable

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000per year dependant on experience and expected to increase as the company grows.
