The Team

The People Performance Team at Egress is highly collaborative, and we seek to optimize every aspect of our employees’ journey. Comprising of specialists in People Experience, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development. Our aim is to foster a positive and engaging work environment.

As a People Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Performance (HR) function by managing day-to-day operational tasks. This includes handling employee records, managing our employee benefits, ensuring compliance with People policies and procedures, and contributing to a positive employee experience. We appreciate individuals who are naturally curious, proactive, and unafraid to propose improvements.

The Role:

  • Manage employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle HR transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and benefits administration
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of People processes and policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to answer employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics for data-driven decision-making.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in an HR related role
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, the ideal candidate will be very methodical and able to simplify and make sense of ambiguous information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·Proficient in MS Office applications, and experience working in HRIS systems – we currently use Cascade and TriNet, but you don’t need to be familiar with these specifically as we will help get you up to speed
