Location: Haverhill, Suffolk
Salary: £competitive DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (flexiblity required due to the nature of the role)
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to join their team and oversee the day to day running of the factory, including warehouse & production staff.
As Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for:
- Day to day operations across the factory
- Managing staff across all departments including warehouse & production.
- Improving current systems and process procedures
- Health & safety on site
- Ensuring manufacturing targets are achieved
- Keeping within agreed budgets for site upkeep
- Reporting to management daily/weekly/monthly.
An ideal Manufacturing Manager will have:
- Strong management experience within the manufacturing sector
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Flexible working mindset to meet the needs of the business
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Good people skills
