Salary: £312 – £342 per day
A leading designer and installer of unitised curtain walling is presently looking to appoint a proven Senior Site Manager with experience of complex external building envelope projects.
The Position:
The appointed Senior Site Manager will assume responsibility for:
* Day to day running of installation sites
* Supporting, co-ordinating and guiding site teams
* Building strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors and staff to ensure that all targets are achieved
* Managing site safety checks and quality control procedures and assisting with RAMS/Toolbox talks
* Ensuring that projects run smoothly, on time and within budget, resolving any issues that arise
* Co-ordinating programming of works
* Attending meetings with clients and sub-contractors
* Planning Resources and controlling material orders
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
* Stand-alone site management experience on sizable projects
* Proven man management and leadership abilities
* Experience with building façades / envelope systems installation (rainscreen cladding, curtain wall, glazing etc)
* SMSTS and CSCS Black Card
* Excellent planning and communication skills
* Relevant Health & Safety and First Aid training
* A full and clean UK driving licence
